PBG is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join our team of professionals, supporting a customer in Washington, DC. This position will be 20% at the client Site in Washington, DC and 80% out of our headquarters in McLean.
This position requires a Secret clearance.
Provide support and coordination to the client and relevant stakeholders
Analyze the effects of a major Government agency’s IT modernization effort on stakeholders, such as system users, customers, and IT support staff
Lead and participate in process improvement activities through stakeholder interviews and facilitated sessions to gather cross-functional issues and opportunities, recommending best practices as appropriate
Analyze existing policies and procedures to identify recommended changes and support the development of standard operating procedures, and other related documentation
Develop business process documentation in conjunction with other supporting artifacts spanning multiple functional areas
Articulate and present challenges and recommendations in a clear, and concise manner to all stakeholders
Conduct change readiness assessments
Organize, synthesize, and analyze large amounts of information provided by stakeholders to assess agency’s readiness for change
Build and manage client stakeholder relationships
A minimum of 5 years of experience with Organizational Change Management, Process Improvement or Business Process Re-engineering
Bachelors’ degree in a relevant discipline preferred
Excellent verbal, graphical, interpersonal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must possess strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.
Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing client support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy.
Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude.
