PBG is looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join our team of professionals, supporting a customer in Washington, DC. This position will be 20% at the client Site in Washington, DC and 80% out of our headquarters in McLean.

This position requires a Secret clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and coordination to the client and relevant stakeholders

  • Assist in the analysis of the effects of a major Government agency’s IT modernization effort on stakeholders, such as system users, customers, and IT support staff

  • Support process improvement activities through stakeholder interviews and facilitated sessions to gather cross-functional issues and opportunities, recommending best practices as appropriate

  • Support the analysis existing policies and procedures to identify recommended changes and support the development of standard operating procedures, and other related documentation

  • Develop business process documentation in conjunction with other supporting artifacts spanning multiple functional areas

  • Assist in change readiness assessments

  • Organize, synthesize, and analyze large amounts of information provided by stakeholders

  • Build and manage client stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 years of experience with Organizational Change Management, Process Improvement or Business Process Re-engineering

  • Bachelors’ degree in a relevant discipline preferred

  • Must possess strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.

  • Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing client support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacy.

  • Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

  • Superior interpersonal skills including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude.
